PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS

PRIVATE & SEMI-PRIVATE SESSIONS

 

Explore the postures and breathing exercises that resonate with your body, mind, and heart. Ask Angela questions and explore possibilities as you experience the strength, balance, and flexibility that yoga brings.

Private sessions include an additional 15 minutes.   We will zero in on your goals and get personalized instruction on your health, body type and life style.  Private yoga sessions can include hands-on assists, personalized sequences, and undivided attention to your practice allowing you to find the therapeutic healing of balancing your mind, body & soul.

Semi-Private & Private sessions include mindful awareness, meditations, asanas (yoga positions) and pranayama (breathing techniques)

 

Our unique, 60-minute, private or semi-private (up to 4 people) yoga classes are 

$50 per hour session/$160 for 4 Sessions.  

Please note there is a 24-hour cancellation policy to avoid any charges. Otherwise, the full charges will apply.

PRENATAL YOGA


Prenatal Yoga for women in their second and third trimesters. Prenatal Yoga teaches mothers and moms-to-be to breathe deeply and relax, two skills critical in facing the physical demands of labor, birth, and motherhood. As regular yoga classes can become challenging with a growing belly and common pregnancy ailments, Prenatal Yoga allows students to maintain or begin a yoga practice in a safe environment designed specifically for their needs.

 

An additional 1/2 an hour can be reserved to explore specific yoga postures, meditations, breathing techniques and visualizations that can benefit pregnancy, labor, birth & postpartum.

Prenatal Yoga 60-minute, private or semi-private (up to 4 people) yoga classes are 

$50 per hour session/$160 for 4 Sessions.  Each additional 1/2 hour is $25.

PLEASE NOTE: Please consult with a physician or health care practitioner before beginning this or any other yoga or exercise practice.  Please bring a note from your physician or health care practitioner if you have any pre-existing conditions.  This helps me provide a safe and effective yoga practice tailored for you and your baby to keep you both healthy and strong.
