Curiosity brought me to yoga sixteen years ago; it is the practice itself that keeps me coming back. If you need renewed energy, calming of a restless mind, or just a good sweat, yoga delivers.


The beauty of vinyasa yoga is finding joy in the unexpected evolution of each class and within each individual. My teaching style is open-hearted, encouraging students to find their own peace, power, and presence, while exploring movement and breath.


I am grateful for the moving meditation of yoga and its beautiful integration of breath, body and mind. Whether you engage in a daily practice, or are an occasional yogi, I look forward to exploring the process with you on and off the mat.
